Role

As our Chief Customer Officer (CCO), you will:

• Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage the customer support team.
• Use customer feedback to create improvements and innovate our services.
• Work closely with product development to ensure customer needs are met.
• Recruit, train, and manage new team members in the customer support department.
• Oversee customer onboarding processes to ensure high retention rates.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align customer communication strategies.

Profile

We are looking for a CCO who:

• Has proven senior experience in customer service leadership roles.
• Demonstrates strong strategic and analytical thinking.
• Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Can manage, lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Shows a passion for gaming and an understanding of the gaming industry.
