About Games Builder
We started games builder in 2016 as a private white-label solution for marketing companies to get the games they needed within a small time frame and for an affordable price. For a little over 4 years we have been working on a no-code platform with a subscription model. The technology is completely owned and developed by Games Builder and we are not using any ready-made game engines like Unity3D or Unreal Engine. This means no extra cost and still the option to natively publish on multiple platforms like Linux, MacOS, Windows, IOS, Android, Web, Consoles, and many more!

At Games Builder, we’re a team of over 35 people. Our Executive & Management department is dynamic and innovative, driving the company forward in the gaming industry. Our platform simplifies game development, making complex tasks quick and easy. We integrate generative AI, empowering users to modify games creatively without a design background.
Role
As the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) you will:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive company growth.
- Oversee the sales team, ensuring targets and objectives are met.
- Recruit and manage sales agents, aligning them with our company goals.
- Collaborate with other executive team members to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Report directly to the CEO and provide regular updates on sales performance.
