About Games Builder
We started games builder in 2016 as a private white-label solution for marketing companies to get the games they needed within a small time frame and for an affordable price. For a little over 4 years we have been working on a no-code platform with a subscription model. The technology is completely owned and developed by Games Builder and we are not using any ready-made game engines like Unity3D or Unreal Engine. This means no extra cost and still the option to natively publish on multiple platforms like Linux, MacOS, Windows, IOS, Android, Web, Consoles, and many more!

Games Builder is a growing company with over 35 talented individuals. Our Finance & Legal team is responsible for managing the financial health and legal compliance of our rapidly growing platform. Our innovative technology allows us to streamline game creation for users and let them focus on making a game which fits their brand. Role
As a Compliance Officer at Games Builder, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
- Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improving them continuously.
- Revising procedures, reports, etc., periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues. Drafting, modifying, and implementing company policies.
- Collaborating with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.
- Assessing the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.
- Reviewing the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
- Stay well informed of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer.
- Knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping.
- A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality.
- Methodical and diligent with good planning abilities.
- An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Being a certified compliance professional is a plus.
