About Games Builder

We started games builder in 2016 as a private white-label solution for marketing companies to get the games they needed within a small time frame and for an affordable price. For a little over 4 years we have been working on a no-code platform with a subscription model. The technology is completely owned and developed by Games Builder and we are not using any ready-made game engines like Unity3D or Unreal Engine. This means no extra cost and still the option to natively publish on multiple platforms like Linux, MacOS, Windows, IOS, Android, Web, Consoles, and many more!

Team

Our Marketing & Sales team is a collaborative group, part of the 35+ people who make up the Games Builder company. At Games Builder, our platform handles most of the heavy lifting, enabling rapid development and optimization of games, including multiplayer and anti-cheat systems. Leveraging generative AI technology, we give users with no design background the power to create and modify games quickly and efficiently.

Role

As the Growth Hacker / General Marketing Manager (B2B / Multinationals), you will:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand our reach in multinational markets.
  • Manage and lead marketing campaigns targeting B2B clients.
  • Build and maintain connections within multinational companies for community and partnership development.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing performance metrics to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all marketing channels.
  • Innovate and experiment with new marketing approaches and trends.
