About Games Builder

We started games builder in 2016 as a private white-label solution for marketing companies to get the games they needed within a small time frame and for an affordable price. For a little over 4 years we have been working on a no-code platform with a subscription model. The technology is completely owned and developed by Games Builder and we are not using any ready-made game engines like Unity3D or Unreal Engine. This means no extra cost and still the option to natively publish on multiple platforms like Linux, MacOS, Windows, IOS, Android, Web, Consoles, and many more!

Team

Games Builder is a company with 35+ talented individuals, our Marketing & Sales team is passionate about bringing our no-code platform to a global audience. With advanced technology, we handle most of the heavy lifting for our users, making processes that used to take months or years now only take minutes. Our integration of generative AI allows users to modify and create games effortlessly, regardless of their design background.

Role

  • Develop and track KPIs for the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and insights.
  • Create and implement strategies to optimize marketing and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
  • Interpreting its trends and patterns and seeking causes for them.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Profile

  • Proven experience in a KPI/performance role, preferably in sales and marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with performance tracking tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
