About Games Builder
We started games builder in 2016 as a private white-label solution for marketing companies to get the games they needed within a small time frame and for an affordable price. For a little over 4 years we have been working on a no-code platform with a subscription model. The technology is completely owned and developed by Games Builder and we are not using any ready-made game engines like Unity3D or Unreal Engine. This means no extra cost and still the option to natively publish on multiple platforms like Linux, MacOS, Windows, IOS, Android, Web, Consoles, and many more!

Games Builder is a dynamic company with a team of over 35 talented individuals. Our Marketing & Sales department is key to our growth and success. We have developed a platform that simplifies and speeds up game development, cutting down processes that usually take months or years into just a few minutes. With AI integration, even those with no design background can easily modify games, making our solutions even more accessible and powerful.
Role
As the Manager Sales & Marketing (B2B / Multinationals), you will:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business-to-business sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with multinational companies.
- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to collaborate on company goals.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Manage sales pipelines and achieve marketing & sales targets.
- Represent Games Builder at industry events and conferences.
Profile
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly in a B2B environment.
- Strong network within multinational companies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the gaming or software development industry is a plus.
