About Games Builder
We started games builder in 2016 as a private white-label solution for marketing companies to get the games they needed within a small time frame and for an affordable price. For a little over 4 years we have been working on a no-code platform with a subscription model. The technology is completely owned and developed by Games Builder and we are not using any ready-made game engines like Unity3D or Unreal Engine. This means no extra cost and still the option to natively publish on multiple platforms like Linux, MacOS, Windows, IOS, Android, Web, Consoles, and many more!

Role
As a Monetization Manager (Gaming), you will:
- Develop and implement monetization strategies for our gaming products.
- Collaborate with game designers and product managers to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Analyze data to identify trends and optimize monetization tactics.
- Build and maintain relationships with multinational companies for community and connection building.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually refine our strategies.
Profile
- Solid understanding of economy and monetization design, and engagement drivers in live service games.
- Passion for game monetization and interest in in-app purchases, ad monetization, and subscriptions.
- Knowledge of the gaming industry and current market trends.
- Proven experience in gaming monetization.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Comfortable taking calculated risks and sharing insights from experiences.
