About Games Builder
We started games builder in 2016 as a private white-label solution for marketing companies to get the games they needed within a small time frame and for an affordable price. For a little over 4 years we have been working on a no-code platform with a subscription model. The technology is completely owned and developed by Games Builder and we are not using any ready-made game engines like Unity3D or Unreal Engine. This means no extra cost and still the option to natively publish on multiple platforms like Linux, MacOS, Windows, IOS, Android, Web, Consoles, and many more!

With over 35 people at Games Builder, we all make sure that our platform handles the heavy lifting for our users, allowing them to focus on creating a game that fits their brand easily and quickly. Our AI technology integration makes game customization quick and easy, even for users without a design background.
Role
- Provide real-time support to customers via our live chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Assist users in navigating and using our no-code platform.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify and report potential areas for improvement in the support process.
- Contribute to the creation of support resources and documentation.
- Participate in feedback sessions and meetings to stay updated on our Games Builder product features and add-ons.
Profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in customer support is preferred.
- Familiarity with gaming platforms and game development is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, empathetic, and patient.
