About Games Builder
We started games builder in 2016 as a private white-label solution for marketing companies to get the games they needed within a small time frame and for an affordable price. For a little over 4 years we have been working on a no-code platform with a subscription model. The technology is completely owned and developed by Games Builder and we are not using any ready-made game engines like Unity3D or Unreal Engine. This means no extra cost and still the option to natively publish on multiple platforms like Linux, MacOS, Windows, IOS, Android, Web, Consoles, and many more!

At Games Builder, we are a dynamic team of over 35 people. The Operations, HR, and Customer Support team is the backbone of our company, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Our platform handles most of the complex development tasks for our users, allowing them to create games quickly and easily. With generative AI integration, our users can easily modify games without a design background, making game creation fast and efficient.
Role
As an Operations Manager, you will:
- Oversee daily operations of the Operations, HR, and Customer Support departments.
- Streamline processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets and optimize resources.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Lead and mentor team members to achieve their best performance.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports for senior management.
Profile
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
- Familiarity with HR and customer support processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
