About Games Builder

We started games builder in 2016 as a private white-label solution for marketing companies to get the games they needed within a small time frame and for an affordable price. For a little over 4 years we have been working on a no-code platform with a subscription model. The technology is completely owned and developed by Games Builder and we are not using any ready-made game engines like Unity3D or Unreal Engine. This means no extra cost and still the option to natively publish on multiple platforms like Linux, MacOS, Windows, IOS, Android, Web, Consoles, and many more!

Team

At Games Builder, we are a team of over 35 total professionals. The Operations & HR & Customer Support department is the backbone of our company, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and our customers are happy. Our platform does most of the heavy lifting for our users and customers, making game development quick and efficient. With our generative AI integration, even users without a design background can create and modify games effortlessly.

Role

  • Provide technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our no-code platform.
  • Assist customers with game publishing on multiple and different platforms.
  • Collaborate with the development team to address technical challenges.
  • Document common issues and solutions for internal use.
  • Guide users on using AI tools for quick and easy game modification.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of support tickets.

Profile

  • Proven experience in technical support or similar roles.
  • Strong and quick problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the game development industry and the publishing of games.
  • Ability to work independently when needed and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping others.
